All our exhaust walls and booths come with our Patented “Z” Grid Quick Release Filter Panel System.

The Parker Finishing patented design streamlines customer assembly time, no fasteners are required for these “slide in” panels. Our panels provide 60% more filter surface area by eliminating the previous grid system. This system eliminates the need for removable filter grids and cost of replacement grids. Our panels significantly reduce the filter changeout time, the old-style required the removal and cleaning of the 20 filter grids, removal 20 filter media pads, replacement of filter media and grids. Our system utilizes 4 precut one step push in filter media pieces. This new style provides easy interior access to the unit, it takes less than 30 seconds to remove one panel and walk through. The previous version did not allow walk-through access to the interior of the unit. This improves safety and longevity of the unit by making the cleaning and maintenance of the exhaust wall simple, easy, and quick.
